Our story
Two paths, one mission
Although both founders were raised in Garfield Heights, Ohio, their paths didn’t converge until just two years ago — at a cannabis event where Lenny Berry was speaking about the cannabis industry in Ohio.
Introduced by a mutual friend, what began as a conversation quickly evolved into a mission — and a lasting friendship.

From seed to sale, every step is purposeful. They implement clean and sustainable growing practices and rigorously test all products to ensure purity and consistency.
Their flower is hand-selected from tissue culture and through pheno hunting. It’s slow-cured to preserve terpene profiles and deliver a full-spectrum experience. Their product offerings are crafted with the same care, using only the finest ingredients and innovative techniques to create safe, effective products that patients and adult-use consumers can trust.

Thomas Mikulski
Tom brings over 30 years of experience as a real estate developer, owner, and serial entrepreneur across various industries, and is widely respected as a cultivation and strain researcher. His deep understanding of plant science and commitment to precision has helped shape Tom and Berry’s reputation for excellence in genetics and growing methods.
Passionate about both the art and science of cannabis, Tom is dedicated to ensuring every harvest meets the highest standard possible. At Tom and Berry, quality isn’t a marketing buzzword — it’s a responsibility. A promise and reflection of the belief that cannabis should be held to the same standard as any other form of medicine.
Co-founder
Lenny Berry
A visionary entrepreneur and longtime advocate for cannabis, Lenny spent 30 years in the entertainment industry, leading marketing and promotions for world-renowned artists such as Usher, Snoop, Biggie, 50 Cent, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, The Rolling Stones, Wiz Khalifa and Smashing Pumpkins, as well as major studios including Marvel, DreamWorks, Lionsgate, and Sony. He was also a radio DJ for 13 years in Cleveland, broadcasting on 93.1 FM and 107.9 FM.
Lenny entered the cannabis space in 2017 by opening a cannabis medical clinic in Lakewood, Ohio, and later partnering in Kings Cannabiz, a cultivation and dispensary business in Colorado Springs. He is the Founder and CEO of the Ohio Cannabis Health and Business Summit, the largest cannabis conference in Ohio, and continues to lead conversations around wellness, business, and cannabis reform.
